Dr. Nicholas Payne is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic. He has been a resident of Florence his entire child hood. He currently resides in Burlington with his wife Melissa and his sons Evan and Jackson. Dr. Nick, as his patients call him, started into practice with his father in 2003. Since his fathers passing in 2006, Dr. Nick has taken on the entire practice.

Dr. Nick is very active in the community. He is a marching instructor with the Boone County High School Band and is a past president of the Florence Loins Club. Dr. Nick also belongs to the Kentucky Association of Chiropractors where he is the Medicare chairperson and he teaches a seminar each year on Medicare and documentation.

Dr. Nick enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His family is a very important part of his everyday life and of his office operation. He also enjoys helping all of his patients with their health needs and is looking forward to helping you.
